I really appreciated the structure, the clear objectives, and the way Rich taught with so much intention and experience. His feedback was encouraging, direct and honest, but never harsh. There was no fluff, which I really appreciated because it allowed us to focus on the work and understand what was actually getting in our way. He also wasn't afraid to call us out on patterns or habits he noticed, which I found incredibly valuable! I always felt like his feedback came from a place of genuinely wanting us to grow. I could truly feel how much he cared about our progress, and that made me want to show up as my best self. I felt seen, supported and safe to play, discover and most importantly, FAIL!
